Sounds like everyone had a productive and stimulating Wednesday Regional Session.  Some folks are reporting problems securing their books, so the Curriculum chapters for next week are now posted.  I know this is a great deal of reading, but these chapters introduce you to various curriculum models that we will discuss on Wednesday when we meet.  Read to familiarize yourself with them, knowing that one curriculum model you will learn a great deal more about through your poster activity.  But for next week, just take notes to facilitate discussion and your learning.  Note, too, that there are many models not described in the book under each chapter.  You are welcome to explore and present other curriculum models that are relevant to your teaching world, children and community in your poster project.  We will talk more about this assignment next week. 

We have arranged for a Supervision Workshop/Session to take place from 4:00-4:30 to continue our conversations about supporting the preservice teachers and supervision and coaching cycles.  Some of you have sign-up to work with Caitlin on research projects. 

South Team is helping with dinner (a.k.a. helping order...) and will post information before Wednesday about this.
